How to assign a task to team members?

Method 1:

  • Type /assign in the message box followed by the Task name and press Enter.

Example/assign prepare the last month report.


  • After clicking on the enter button, a pop-up window will display. Here you can add a due date, time and the assignee of the task.

Method  2:

  • After creating a task click on the Actions tab and select Assign to.

  • And then select the team members to assign the tasks.
  • Here you can see the notification with the assignee.
