What Is The Chatbot Builder Refund Policy & How To Initiate a Refund Procedure?

According to the Chatbot Builder refund policy, you are only eligible for a full refund if you meet the following criteria:

-If you are developing your first ever bot under a Paid Plan of the Chatbot Builder tool and are unable to collect 50 contacts within 30 days from the date of payment, you can request a refund.

To initiate the refund process, follow the steps below:

-Please proceed to “Create a ticket” to submit a refund ticket to our Team if you are qualified for one. Please explain why you’re requesting a refund on this ticket and include enough information to expedite your request.

-You don’t need to do anything else if we’ve confirmed that we’ve issued a refund for you; the money will be immediately reimbursed to your card within 10 working days.
